Harper Trio – Passing-By

The beautiful and original sound of this new release is called Passing By. Maria-Christina Harper, electric jazz harpist and composer, has teamed up with two incredible players to form The Harper Trio. She’s crafted seven original tracks specifically for the trio, featuring the powerhouse drummer Evan Jenkins and the saxophone virtuoso Josephine Davies (who snagged the Instrumentalist of The Year title at the 2019 Parliamentary Jazz Awards). Passing By is a debut recording that’s a sonic journey through shimmering soundscapes and psychedelic vibes.
